If you are a renter who has All Risks coverage and your belongings are damaged from fire, theft or water, you will be covered. In fact, with All Risks coverage your stuff is financially protected against almost everything—with the exception of the exclusions listed in your policy, such as illegal activity or wear and tear.

Our optional Enhanced Home Coverage offers increased coverage for things like fine art, wine and spirits, jewellery and more. Yes. Contents insurance is part of the standard coverage of tenant insurance, so most of your belongings (except very expensive items like fine art) will be covered up to the amount you choose.


If you're a tenant whose whole rental home is damaged due to a covered loss, the standard coverage of tenant insurance will cover the reasonable cost of temporary living expenses like hotels and food while the building owner is making necessary repairs to your home.


Yes. An optional added coverage to tenant insurance will help you cover expenses associated with identity theft and work with you to restore your identity.


All Risks coverage, which is included in standard tenant insurance, provides broad protection for your personal belongings, including fire, theft, water damage and more. There are some exclusions, including illegal activity or normal wear and tear.
