As the situation surrounding COVID-19 and the impact to our communities has continued to evolve, we're committed to supporting you and your families.

We realize that life and driving patterns over the past several months likely changed for you, that's why, to make things easier, we offered temporary changes to your policy. Since then, you may have received a letter from us with an update on when these changes will be reversed. If you're still driving your vehicle less than you were prior to COVID or not driving your vehicle at all, we've made it easy for you to let us know without having to call us. There are many other self-serve options available to you through our TD Insurance app and our MyInsurance portal, such as the ability to review your policies and coverage, make changes to payments, download your pink slip and track the status of your claim.

We are also happy to share that we have carefully been extending our hours of operation again at our Auto Centres to better accommodate and meet your needs and are taking all necessary precautions to prioritize your health and safety.

Credit Protection Insurance
