TD Insurance is part of the TD Bank Group. Over time, we hope to offer our clients more integrated functions with TD Bank and through online services. However, there are certain types of integration between a bank and a bank-owned insurance company that are not allowed by federal legislation such as the Bank Act and regulatory bodies. For example, we can't sell home and auto insurance in a bank branch. Any integration with TD Bank that we initiate in the future will comply with all of the relevant legislation.
