You're at a new jobsite and after finishing a good portion of the work, you decide to walk down to a nearby plaza for lunch. When you return, your business vehicle is nowhere to be seen. You quickly realize that it has been stolen along with the chainsaw and stump grinder inside your vehicle.
Potential Outcome:
Your commercial auto policy may help cover the cost to replace your vehicle if not recovered, or if recovered to repair any sustained damages. Additionally, if you have a commercial property policy with an equipment floater, your policy may respond to cover the replacement cost of the missing items.

Multi-Product Discount
You could save up to 15% on your Commercial Property and General Liability, and 5% on your Individually Rated Commercial Auto (“IRCA”) insurance policies when you insure a Commercial Property and General Liability policy and an IRCA policy with TD Insurance.
Eligibility to purchase a business insurance policy is subject to TD Insurance underwriting rules and standards.

Alumni and Professional Group Discount
This "Offer" is for new and existing TD Insurance customers who are eligible to purchase a new business insurance policy and who are a sole proprietor, majority owner, majority partner, or signing officer of a corporation, partnership or business entity designated as a TD Insurance policyholder and are members of a group or an association that have a group marketing agreement with TD Insurance.
This Offer provides a discount of 5% applicable to premiums charged for TD Insurance business insurance policies and their endorsements. The discount will continue to be applicable upon policy renewal.
Eligibility to purchase a business insurance policy is subject to TD Insurance underwriting rules and standards.

TD Customer Loyalty Discount
Eligibility
For the purposes of this Offer only, an "Eligible TD Customer" means a natural person who is a director, board member, signing officer, business owner, sole proprietor, or majority partner of a business entity and who:
• has a TD deposit account;
• has a TD Mortgage, a TD Home Equity FlexLine, or a TD loan or line of credit, secured or unsecured;
• has a TD credit card or other credit card issued by TD;
• has a TD investment product or account;
• has a TD automobile financing product;
• has a TD Insurance residential insurance or personal passenger automobile insurance policy;
• has a TD Insurance life insurance or accident and sickness insurance policy; or.
• has a TD Business Credit Life Insurance or TD Business Credit Living Benefit Insurance policy.
This Offer is for
A) Eligible TD Customers who purchase their first TD Insurance business insurance policy effective on or after April 21, 2024;
B) Eligible TD Customers who are existing TD Insurance business insurance customers before April 21, 2024, and who purchase a new TD Insurance business insurance policy effective on or after April 21, 2024; and
C) Eligible TD Customers who are existing TD Insurance business insurance customers currently benefitting from the TD Small Business Banking Discount before April 21, 2024.
Application
(A) Eligible TD Customers who purchase their first TD Insurance business insurance policy effective on or after April 21, 2024:
• This Offer provides a 10% discount applicable to premiums charged for the TD Insurance business insurance policy in question, and its endorsements. The 10% discount will continue to apply upon policy renewal, subject to continued eligibility.
(B) Eligible TD Customers who are existing TD Insurance business insurance customers before April 21, 2024 and who purchase a new TD Insurance business insurance policy effective on or after April 21, 2024:
• This Offer provides a 10% discount applicable to premiums charged for the TD Insurance business insurance policy in question, and its endorsements. The 10% discount will continue to apply upon policy renewal, subject to continued eligibility.
(C) Eligible TD Customers who are existing TD Insurance business insurance customers currently benefitting from the TD Small Business Banking Discount before April 21, 2024:
• The TD Small Business Banking Discount will be subsumed by the present Offer. This Offer will provide a 10% discount applicable to premiums charged for the TD Insurance business insurance policy in question, and its endorsements, in proportion to the outstanding premium for the policy term in question. The 10% discount will continue to apply upon policy renewal, subject to continued eligibility.
(D) Eligible TD Customers who are existing TD Insurance business insurance customers and not currently benefitting from the TD Small Business Banking Discount before April 21, 2024:
• As of April 21, 2024, these customers may contact a TD Insurance advisor to avail themselves of the present Offer. This Offer will provide a 10% discount applicable to premiums charged for the TD Insurance business insurance policy in question, and its endorsements, in proportion to the outstanding premium for the policy term in question. The 10% discount will continue to apply upon policy renewal, subject to continued eligibility.
This Offer is not applicable to TD Insurance's individually rated commercial automobile insurance policies and their endorsements.
Eligibility to purchase a business insurance policy is subject to TD Insurance underwriting rules and standards.
