  • Access step-by-step guides to help you through common claims situations
  • Print your temporary proof of car insurance or pink card (valid for 30 days and can be reprinted)
  • Contact us for further assistance

Steps to access MyInsurance for home and auto insurance: If you are not already registered, you can access MyInsurance on the TDInsurance.com website and create your account. You may use your existing EasyWeb or WebBroker credentials to create your new login for MyInsurance

TD Insurance Mobile app for home and auto insurance: You can download the TD Insurance app from the App Store or Play Store on your mobile device. You can access MyInsurance through the Mobile App and register for MyInsurance, login to review your policy details, view your billing/claim details, start a new claim or take a picture of your Insurance card to access it digitally from within your TD insurance mobile app.

How is TD Insurance protecting customers and colleagues from COVID-19?

TD Insurance is actively monitoring and assessing the evolving health risks posed by COVID-19. We are closely following guidelines and updates from public health organizations, government agencies and global health authorities.

We are advising TD colleagues to follow health and hygiene precautions and have implemented more frequent cleaning and disinfecting of our TD Insurance Auto Centres, including frequently touched objects and surfaces. We have also provided hand sanitizers for our colleagues and customers to use.

This continues to be an evolving situation and we will update this guidance as necessary.

If you temporarily close any TD Insurance Auto Centres due to COVID-19, how will I know?

In the event of a disruption, we will look to find another TD Insurance Auto Centre location near you or work to find another solution for you. You can also monitor this page for any developments.
