What To Do in Case of Emergency When Insured


Contact the Emergency Assistance Centre immediately at 1-800-359-6704 from anywhere in North America (or call collect (416) 977-5040 from anywhere else). Please note that failure to contact the Emergency Assistance Centre within 48 hours of hospital admission, or as soon as is reasonably possible, will limit the maximum benefit payable under the policy to 80% of Eligible Expenses, to a maximum of $30,000.
