For this type of water damage, you need to purchase optional aboveground water damage coverage.

Wind-driven rain that penetrates the roof covering or exterior walls with no visible windstorm damage to your home.

 Damage resulting from improper grading of land causing surface water to drain toward your home and infiltrate your basement.
